AgVal was built around a simple observation: too many Indiana property owners and the professionals advising them were getting one-size-fits-all valuations on properties that demanded specialized knowledge. A 240-acre family farm isn't a residential subdivision. A timber tract isn't a commercial building. A rural home on twelve acres isn't a tract house with a bigger yard.

Our appraisers bring more than 20 years of commercial appraisal experience to the table — including thousands of completed assignments across Indiana's farmland, rural, recreational, and commercial markets. We are licensed Certified General Appraisers, the highest credential in our profession, which means we're qualified to appraise property of any type and any value. We focus that experience where it creates the most value for our clients: agricultural land, rural and recreational property, and commercial real estate in Indiana.
